Sometimes I may not get the proper vocabulary, and at times I may pronounce a word incorrectly. English is not my mother tongue; it is my second language. But is that an excuse for making errors while you speak?

No, it is not. However, I don't speak my mother tongue perfectly either; I have the same problem with that as well.

What do we do? Is that a big issue? The main problem arises when we compare spoken language with written language. Both are different. Unlike writing, we don't have the luxury of going back again and correcting the language while we speak. If you worry about your language when you engage in casual conversation, then it would definitely affect your flow.

What is the solution? It is simple: don't think about it too much. Just speak. The main purpose is to convey the message. If you succeed in that, the purpose is attained. But that does not mean that you should not do anything to improve your skills; you should definitely try hard to improve your speaking skills.

Speaking perfect English all the time may be a challenging goal, but it's important to remember that the primary aim of communication is to convey your message effectively.

Don't let the fear of errors hinder your ability to engage in conversation. Instead, embrace the opportunity to improve your skills over time, both in your second language and your mother tongue.
